Over the years, we’ve provided reliable flex circuits, graphic overlays and membrane keypads for low volume and higher volume customers. Keypad overlay embossing is also available from pillow embossing, dome embossing, rim embossing and two-tiered multi-height embossing, all of which function to assist finger location. Various keypad shapes…round, oval, square and Braille can be designed into the product.
Keypads, Graphic Overlays and Membrane Switches
All of the items mentioned above are integrated into user-equipment interfaces allowing for the communication of commands from users to electronic devices. Keypads, graphic overlays and membrane switches are utilized in control panels, touch screens, plastic keyboards, overlay keyboards and many other types of control systems. The primary screen printing ink used is silver or graphite filled and therefore conductive.
